NEWSPAPER FINDINGS
The three men, who allegedly had spray paint on their hands, had allegedly been in the middle of writing “question authority” on the wall when the officer arrived, Flood said. The phrase wasn’t finished, reading “question author” instead. The officer allegedly found spray paint templates with the men.
The group allegedly spray painted six locations in the area of 7th and Q streets, Flood said.
Ian Pro, 19, Zachary Orton, 19, and Michael Huston, 23, were cited and released on suspicion of vandalism, Flood said.
